有時想食壽司但係又唔敢食太多魚生,可以選擇過嚟呢度,食佢哋又靚又精緻又好味嘅壽司卷。呢度嘅卷物選擇非常多,今次就揀咗我最愛嘅蜘蛛卷。所謂嘅蜘蛛其實係炸軟殼蟹,配埋青瓜,牛油果同蟹柳,味道清新,仲有不同嘅口感。加埋類似鰻魚醬嘅燒汁,真係次次黎都必點。另外呢一款忘不了您,只係簡單用咗三種材料芒果,炸牛肉,同芝士,香甜既芒果,鹹鹹脆脆嘅炸牛肉,軟綿綿嘅芝士,配合面頭嘅Wasabi同千島醬,成個層次更加提升。呢度除咗卷物之外其實仲有其他日式食物選擇,今次就要咗一款豬頸肉串燒。一串燒得好嘅串燒真係唔簡單,要做到有燒烤嘅香又唔會焦,要識落夠味又唔會太鹹,仲要保持有肉汁唔乾,而呢度嘅師傅正正全部都做到。特別欣賞佢個醃醬,調味真係非常好。下次要約多啲朋友叫多幾款唔同嘅食物!

呢度除咗卷物之外其實仲有其他日式食物選擇,今次就要咗一款豬頸肉串燒。一串燒得好嘅串燒真係唔簡單,要做到有燒烤嘅香又唔會焦,要識落夠味又唔會太鹹,仲要保持有肉汁唔乾,而呢度嘅師傅正正全部都做到。特別欣賞佢個醃醬,調味真係非常好。
