To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我喜歡三哥的清湯, 不要問我原因, 喜歡就是喜歡, 哈哈!每次光顧都只會是腩肉豆卜米線清湯($37, 少米線減$1), 偶然會加上1份土匪雞翼($22).人不多的時候, 米線2-3分鐘就能上來.我通常會先喝幾口湯, 慰藉一下, 那個味道, 在別家是吃不同的.腩肉切成能「看透」的小薄片, 軟軟的.配上豆卜, 吸收了湯的味道, 就一個字－爽!然後一碟3只的土匪雞翼, 外脆內軟, 雞翼咬開的時候仍然有肉汁流出, 配上外皮的孜然粉, 實在非常惹味!!每一次吃完都會很滿足!

腩肉切成能「看透」的小薄片, 軟軟的.
配上豆卜, 吸收了湯的味道, 就一個字－爽!
然後一碟3只的土匪雞翼, 外脆內軟, 雞翼咬開的時候仍然有肉汁流出, 配上外皮的孜然粉, 實在非常惹味!!
每一次吃完都會很滿足!
