為咗慶祝學期尾,我同朋友去咗尖沙咀嘅居酒屋chill一chill🥳黎得居酒屋梗係要嗌酒啦,今次揀咗冷清酒,味道中辛,配上熱食零舍過癮🤟🏻餐廳仲好有心思,可以比食客揀清酒杯添☺️火炙壽司方面帶咗三文魚腩同左口魚邊。店員細心提醒食咗三文魚腩先,因為左口魚邊嘅油脂更多,聽到即刻心心眼。果然,魚油好重🤤🤤🤤入口即溶,食完嘅魚油韻仲留喺口腔久而不散🐟見帆立貝蟹膏卷嘅配搭頗為新奇,所以就試吓。帆立貝彈牙,蟹膏味較為出,蟹膏愛好者可以不妨一試。大蔥吞拿魚腩卷係我每一次食日本嘢都要嗌嘅食物。佢冇令我失望,腩蓉多,配上大蔥同青瓜,當堂清新返晒。鐵板蒜片煎牛舌,有好香嘅黑椒同蒜香,厚切得黎又唔韌。鹽燒雞軟骨同明太子雞翼都有檸檬附上,配以檸檬汁食除左中和左油膩感之外,味道亦較為豐富。後者仲一路食一路噴汁添🤣黑松露和牛炒飯炒得相當有鑊氣,和牛粒雖然細,但份量好多!最後以流心芝士燒年糕作結,年糕煙韌,微甜,配埋鹹香嘅芝士簡直絕配!
