To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記係每月都幫襯最少一次的店舖,因為價錢平加上唔難食,諗唔到食咩好的最好選擇。今次如常去幫襯下午茶,見到下午茶有新嘢,於是大膽地試下,肉碎冬菇米粉。一打開蓋,感覺有少少被人搵笨。肉碎,你在哪兒?D汁都好似唔夠,係得冬菇如所述有兩粒。肉碎都的少到得人驚,而醬汁亦勉強足夠,撈暈後味道也不錯。冬菇亦唔係好細只,但都係覺得唔抵食。
