To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時少出銅鑼灣,因為人太多了,呢日工作需要出左黎銅鑼灣銅鑼灣嘅食物比較貴,慳家嘅我今日黎食車仔麵幾鐘意永年有係餐牌上分開素食料,方便易睇但拎麵時發現多左粒蛋,以為係贈送嘅,睇返蛋原來係收左錢,唔明點解職員落單會撳多左粒蛋冬菇都幾入味 蘿蔔都幾鮮甜另外仲加左個時菜,蠔油略嫌多左啲,有少少過咸豬大腸炆得幾淋同埋夠入味兩個麵嘅湯底都不過不失,米線口感唔算最出色,係普通之上,出色之下嘅水準係銅鑼灣平平地醫飽肚就算,無太多要求
