To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午11點一開門就入去,成間餐廳都係我一個客。几個侍應個個掛住睇電視,落單就漏單,黑口黑面,要服務就叫你自己攞。去得早成間餐廳得我一個人,唔係忙啊!買單$570,一個人中午食晏570,就話唔算豪,都唔係平呀嘛。吃完飯問個服務員攞張紙巾,佢叫我去櫃檯自己攞,然後話呢個公共嘅。嘩大佬!我俾足錢咖,仲以為去咗57蚊嘅大排檔添。依家好多大排檔嘅服務態度都幾好啦,呢種服務態度餐廳以後都唔好預我呀,周街都係餐廳,使唔使俾錢去受氣啊!
