To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到嗰度已經係晚上9點幾,見到出面仲有人兩 台人喺度等緊位, 只好企埋一邊照等 點知有個人衝咗入去 話 有位 唔使等㗎 我哋成班等緊位嘅人都好愕然 原來係 啲事應從來都冇睇到出面有人喺度等緊位亦無打算叫我哋入去 真係唔知啲侍應做乜嘢????入到去睇咗個餐牌 我叫咗個辣雞煲家 加凍檸水 過 店員重覆我慨落單。我都話係要凍檸水 點知最後 都係嚟咗杯熱檸水 真係唔知佢哋做聽咩。我在場的觀察 成班樓面 侍應 都不斷傾偈談話 完全都冇認真 去招呼客人 唔怪之得 有咁多錯處啦, 同個部長講番件事 佢仲喺度死撐 話無 咁嘅事 跟住又 繼續 同班員工傾計 玩,唉叫咗個 辣雞煲, 尖上去嘅分 同雞肉 根本都合唔埋食落去 係兩層分開嘅 而且份量 成個煲 得四嚿雞肉 其他只係配菜 豆洋蔥 呢間嘢超級搵笨無下次!
