之前曾經元旦路過呢間位於紅磡海旁嘅地中海菜,已經覺得個環境勁chill,今日終於約埋朋友過嚟食飯😛一入到嚟個感覺已經好好,侍應送上免費soughdough with feta cheese, cream, olive and salami做前菜🥳對住呢個景真係好難忍到手唔飲返杯🤣朋友嗌咗意大利cocktail Aperol spritz ($98),自己就更加鍾意Massey Dacta Sauvignon Blanc嘅白酒($98),飲落去比起平時嘅更fruity,不過客觀嚟講呢到嘅酒定價唔高,所以真心抵飲🥂跟住到前菜Fresh oyster ($238/6) 係用Fine de Claire,先食到海水味,再會食到蠔味🦪 Steak tastare ($168)嘅牛肉用上Prime rib,食落軟稔,撈埋洋蔥、蛋汁等,送埋酸種麵包一流🤍Pulpo a la Gallega ($168) 八爪魚烤到炭香,加埋紅椒粉同橄欖油調味,咬落去好軟稔,同下面嘅薯蓉撈埋一齊食幾夾🧡 薯蓉本身都落咗啲紅椒粉,而且仲會食到一粒粒薯仔口感🥔Pan seared foie gras ($138) 呢個邪

Dry age the wagyu bavette ($258/150g) 要咗medium,上枱好難得煎到生熟啱啱好🥹🫶🏻 熟成後嘅和牛肉味濃郁,保留到肉汁又做到質地軟稔冇筋,而且伴碟都好出色~

最後雖然已經好飽,但係都要食甜品,Basque cheesecake焦香味唔算好重,食落去芝士味都出,要讚個raspberry sorbert真係好幼滑同埋酸酸地平衡返蛋糕嘅🩷

Pistachio party都好掂,佢係一個開心果蛋糕同開心果cream梅花間竹layering嘅蛋糕,食落去開心果味幾出,而且會食到唔少開心果仁,整體味道nutty👅

總括嚟講,呢到嘅菜式都幾出色又有特色🩵服務都唔錯,個環境真心好舒服,推介大家如果想飲嘢可以去出面outdoor area,對住個海景好心曠神怡😌 整體嚟講都幾推介大家可以係特別日子帶重要嘅人過嚟享受,甚或可以就咁過嚟飲杯嘢都抵🤤
