我鍾意食醉胡爐係因為個湯底,每次帶朋友黎試,都唔會令佢地失望。今次我帶左姑姐黎食,一坐低就嗌左濃湯佛跳牆雞翅鍋。對於第一次來,的確有少少難度,其實都係木球會隔離,我會講睇google啦。黃金炸魚片 $88大概有12,3塊吧,每塊都炸得金黃脆脆,咸蛋滿滿的包滿魚皮。糖心皮蛋酸薑 $58上碟時像花一樣一件件鋪滿碟,中間滿是酸薑,酸薑切得薄又脆,味道酸得黎十分開胃。皮蛋的外皮彈牙,中間多汁黏口,非常好吃的頭盤。湯佛跳牆雞翅鍋$398想講4個字”十分足料”!!有兩隻鮑魚、排翅、海參、半隻雞、螺片、花膠…..個湯底還有一個大環的冬瓜。首先,我們都各自飲兩碗湯,慢慢食湯料,這湯呀,味道濃郁,飲完會lim口,而且飲完唔口渴,十分推介!!!手打墨魚滑 $98熟後,爽口彈牙,仲食到粒粒墨魚肉。油麥菜 $48新鮮脆綠,爽口嫩芽。
