一直以來,這間食肆都在我的候選名單內,今天終於有機會來吃飯了。一進餐廳,已經可以看到維港夜景,頓然忘卻煩憂,令人溶入了夜景中。Notte ham and cheese salad 🥗 ,手磨芝士片味道香濃,火腿片不會太醎,作為頭盤就最為合適。Pan seared Hokkaido scallop ,廚師👨‍🍳的火候控制得很好,帶子保持鮮嫩,肉質不會靭,又有鮮味。👍👍👍👍👍Creamy broccoli soup,用西蘭花🥦做湯,比較少地方喝到,湯內還有一隻大蝦,確實是另一特色。Classic Italian pasta,意大利扁麵,配上黑松露和其他菇類,清淡又夠香。Main course: slow cooked iberico pork loin,慢煮的豬鞍,再煎至焦香,味道沒有羶味,只有肉的甜味,配合醬汁,更加可以帶出鮮味。Daily surprise ,甜品以巧克力為主,表面鋪了巧克力🍫粒和棉花糖,㡳層則是一層層的蛋糕🍰,這個甜品極俱有酒店級數。
