平時去開飲茶,多數都會去傳統嘅酒樓,但係唔好處嘅係多人同埋迫。今次介紹依間《M馬(容)》就超乎我嘅預期,首先餐廳裝修高貴, 天花常掛住一盞盞吊燈,隨處都會見到Bearbrick做裝飾,同傳統中式嘅酒樓相當唔同。另外因為用咗好多玻璃,所以可以飽覽維港嘅景色,同埋令到透光更加充足。原隻蝦餃皇$80首先佢哋嘅蝦餃皮一啲都厚,內餡係大大隻嘅鮮蝦,非常足料。黑椒和牛酥$80外層好鬆脆,和牛經過黑椒調製,但係唔會搶左和牛本身嘅油脂味。翡翠蟹鉗餃$68鮮綠色嘅外型本身已經好搶眼,特別在於佢真係一個蟹鉗連住隻餃,內餡有蝦肉同埋翠玉瓜,口感都幾豐富。蟹子燒賣 $80望到上網滿滿嘅蟹籽已經覺得好吸引,再用上身新鮮蝦肉同豬肉,口感彈牙同埋豐富。懷舊叉燒包 $58包身都幾鬆軟,叉燒用咗半肥瘦嘅豬肉去醃製,帶微微嘅甜味。豆沙水晶球$38裏面嘅紅豆沙做到綿綿幼滿,帶點紅豆沙自然嘅甜味,另外本身外皮夠薄同埋晶凝通透,食同影相都一流。潮州粉果$58用咗多款材料,花生、芹菜、豬肉碎等等混合而成,比例剛好恰到好處。💰人均250蚊一位環境一流,海景無敵

原隻蝦餃皇$80
首先佢哋嘅蝦餃皮一啲都厚,內餡係大大隻嘅鮮蝦,非常足料。
