To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係疫情以來海洋公園開返嘅第一日,我都怕餐廳限制人流,所以12:00 就上咗山等位,黎到已經見到有兩三位客等緊,我地等咗15-20分鐘就入得,枱與枱之間好寛闊。坐低後,叫左兩個set ,本身個set 包一個雪糕,但只有雲呢拿味。我哋叫左印度咖哩雞飯+薄餅,對於唔係好食得辣嘅我,完全係辣到投降,雞本身是走皮的,但仍算juice 👍🏻薄餅ok 又一個係雜菜牛腩飯,我特別喜歡,牛腩好冧,好入味,好好食,雜菜嘅種類都唔hea,煮得好甜。疫情嘅關係,可樂跟正價餐有$25優惠價,但我用全年入場證,本身全單已經有七折,所以用唔到。
