本來同班朋友約咗新蒲崗店6點嘅,點知去到嗰陣店方就話收唔到booking,有個黑衫阿姐更用極為惡劣嘅態度質疑我地,話預約嗰啲乜都唔關佢事,仲好不滿咁叫我地自己打去問。最後我地自己打去問先知道原來佢地直頭冇落到booking,話間鋪已經滿晒。本身搞錯booking呢啲事我同啲朋友都遇唔少,如果店方係有心想解決嘅根本就唔係啲咩大問題,但今次最不滿嘅係店方成個過程裡邊連一句道歉嘅說話都冇,個黑衫阿姐剩係話乜都唔知乜都唔關佢事就想打發我地走,連打電話去問清楚公司有關預約嘅事都推晒比我地,呢啲咁惡劣嘅服務態度同處理手法,奉勸各位去之前真係要三思
