Okay here is more about the environment - tables indoor and outdoor are all candle-lit. Tables aren't too close to each other.
Didn't have a chance to go out so I can't tell much about outdoor dining.

Looking at the menus is enough to water your mouth because each guest is given three sets of menu - wine and drinks list, seafood menu and the general one mixing Asian foods and pastas etc.

Formal etiquette, nice presentation.

We ordered a bottle of Riesling (2007, Germany). Not a wine expert and I would really say it's a really good one. Reasonable, fruity and sweet.
Then there came 6 pcs of Smokey Bay oysters
OMG So good! Salty and sweet!!! I almost wanted to order more! Then the mixed breads proved bakery is not of little importance here.

We also had a medium-rare Lamp Rump + Pumpkin Risotto. Well cooked!

A Spaghetti Bolognese. A simple dish but tasted great!
Here came the dessert - Chocolat Fountain - Awesome!!!

The entire dining experience is unforgettable. Now The Peak Lookout is one of my very favourites and I am really considering it my ideal wedding place. And seriously, I would say eating here is more enjoyable than eating in anywhere in Central. It's where you would feel like the long journey and the money are all worth it, for it's a place that cares your pleasure.
