心思思想打邊爐,就去左間太子來發館試下,每人$198,無加一,飲品就自己叫,有啤酒汽水。2-3 個人就比6款海鮮,4個人以上就8款。如果當日唔夠海鮮,你可以再點多一款海鮮,佢地係按人頭準備海鮮數目,職員好細心提點我地食的步驟,講明所有湯底同海鮮都無落味精,海鮮唔會過夜,每日新鮮。湯底用純粥水,米粥會等食到最後,煲左個海鮮湯底再混合來食。佢地好夠膽用純粥水,海鮮就甘淥一淥,味道係點一試就知道。栗米,南瓜粒,芋頭粒可以係食完海鮮後加上去,個栗米好正,每粒都大粒,食落好甜。海鮮來啦!你自己鐘意邊樣就放邊種落去,一來可以慢慢食,二來試到各種鮮味,好唔講,淥野!鮑魚都幾大隻,連理個殻一齊放理入去,味道不錯,有咬口龍躉魚,平時多數清蒸,職員教見到白白地色,有少少裂紋就食得,食既時候加少少豉油,魚味立即出晒來。魷魚彈牙,熟左都好大舊,我欣賞佢地好細心用竹枝串起去,起碼佢熟左縮起都搵得番佢。手打豬肉丸肥瘦肉既比例適中,保持番肉丸個爽口。美國肥牛本來上菜見到肉色深紅,都諗住麻麻地,但食落又唔錯,牛肉配少少豉油,牛味慢慢跑出來。呢個湯已經加左粥啦,但係餐廳係幫我地加粥水個陣加太多,搞到見唔到米粥,唔夠傑身
