坊間用魚熬製嘅湯底餐廳唔係好多間,知道呢間仲要用了我最喜歡既海膽,一定要黎試!金鐘放工就和同事搭叮叮過去,好彩我地7點前去到有位,因為食到一半已經滿座!皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯呢個湯飯用咗小火鍋既形式去煮,一邊滾著啲湯飯一邊食。因為真係好大碗,如果唔滾佢,我諗食到最尾啲湯會凍左就唔好食啦!所以咁既idea very good! 第一時間飲左啖湯,好濃郁,以為會有魚腥味。再食一啖海膽,暖暖地既口感好creamy,份量比想像中多! 而蟹腳雖然幼,但肉質係新鮮既,食到海鮮既甜味!而飯中唔係普通白飯,係日本珍珠米,仲加左啲糙米,好健康!同事鍾意食牛,所以叫左蒜片牛粒魚湯烏冬。烏冬和牛係分開上既。同事仲追加左鮑魚和帶子各一隻。同事話:湯底好濃,食得出無味精,用左稻庭手打烏冬果然口感唔同啲,外軟內彈牙!牛粒切得好細,幾入味,蒜片都幾多!鮑魚肉質爽口又易咬,帶子肉飽滿,有鮮味!見隔離檯叫左吉列炸豬扒,賣相好吸引,所以我地都叫左!真係炸得好靚,因外層夠薄,所以食起上黎外脆內軟,又啖啖肉,好岩食肉獸既我地。伴碟既仲有沙律,份量都幾多架,加左胡麻醬好好味,成碟清曬!返到屋企完全無口渴既感覺!所以真心會再黎食!

皇帝蟹腳海膽湯飯
