十幾年前已經認識碗屋,一試難忘,佢一直都係只此一家,10月份惠顧有八折優惠,所以今日同老婆嚟慶祝生日🎂😋。.訂位時話慶祝生日,廚師就會準備一個迷你壽司蛋糕。我哋叫咗個魚生拼盤,件件魚生都好鮮味,仲要係厚切,數量亦非常足夠。另外要推介嘅係燒鵝肝。鵝肝有成1cm厚,香味撲鼻,外脆內軟,入口即溶,油甘豐富,超正靚鵝肝。釀蟹蓋(甲羅燒)亦係必定要食。日本松葉蟹膏釀蟹蓋,蟹膏上面加咗些少鮮甜蟹肉,味道濃郁,滋味非常! 串燒魷魚筒除咗個樣趣緻之外,亦十分鮮甜,加上秘製燒汁,令人要再三order來回味。老婆鍾意食燒羊架,當然要點啦!羊架帶有淡淡羊羶香味,肉質鬆軟嫩滑,入口即溶,味道極之好。炸生蠔、燒雞軟骨、燒大蝦🍤樣樣都香味撲鼻,要臭一陣先捨得食😆。日式燒金芋又係喜出望外,原來燒番薯時在上面灑少少鹽,可以提升番薯甜味及香味。其他推介有海膽手卷、拖羅手卷、燒鮮帶子、日式蒸蛋、豆腐雪糕、綠茶雪糕。最開心係放題由6:00開始,無限時,我哋兩口子食到10:00,可以慢慢品嚐每一口食物。
