To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記揀地方開鋪真係抵讚,南記係港島之友嘅至愛,就算去到中環,都唔一定食又貴又難食嘅嘢嘅,有南記就一定無甩拖雖然佢嘅套餐唔啱我心水,就算散叫都無問題,又可以食我至愛的腩肉同魚蛋,當然少不了港人最愛的港式肥牛啦,叫左小辣,黎到再自己加南記的獨門辣椒油,加到啱自己心水為止自選三個餸,再加杯凍豆漿,真係不得了,都係60幾蚊,又夠飽肚又滿足,係中環是旦一間餐廳60幾蚊都叫唔到一碗粉,我而家仲要有三餸,而且味道絕少失手
