To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六中午去到酒樓,見到現場淨係坐咗三份一客,門口嗰個接待態度麻麻,黑口黑面。去到枱嗰度嗰個叫侍應(佢d同事叫佢做阿清)開茶,個侍應都已經唔耐煩,直接將啲餐具同埋餐牌飛過嚟。之後叫佢落單,佢詐睇唔到,我哋反而問我哋後面嗰枱客飲咩茶,我哋嗰張點心紙完全冇人收,嗰個阿清全程掂行掂過。我要行到去大半個場搵另外一個侍應收張點心紙,先叫落到單。而右手邊另一枱客人都話個侍應唔理佢。俾錢買難受,佢生意唔好都唔係冇原因。如果真係執笠,都唔怪得人。
