朋友生日訂了枱1：00，我們2人準時到場，當時全場無人，氣氛怪怪地...好像還未營業似的，好尷尬。職員態度ok，坐底馬上叫了第一轉肉，很快已經送到，但雪是未溶好，還硬的。我見店是12：00開門，book 1：00雪還未溶好有點失望，另外爐的火已經調到最大也有點細。扇貝好食（不過燒太耐都食唔到好多）。蝦跟蠔是霉的，完全食唔到，無再叫。冷盤波菜冰的，也是未溶好雪，而且有雪味，腸胃差小心食用。韓國湯好飲牛肉來講解凍及細火有影響，不能作準，但味道可接受。甜品區款式不多，雪糕/雪條可以，布甸/蛋糕取完後就會發現，沒有匙羹我見有個放餐具的兜，但入面是吉的，自助區完全無職員，費事問自製棉花糖機壞了。用餐體驗，叫個基本餐都咁，點敢再試更貴的餐，臨走仲見有人催單要讚是食完無咩燒肉味在身，個爐唔出煙。
