To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一直以為焗豬扒飯冇乜變數,不外乎就係個汁調味好不好,豬排厚唔厚,有沒有融化的芝士。好難得呢間九龍餐室做出嚟嘅焗豬扒飯真係同圖片差唔多樣,而且個汁唔係完全茄汁味(Ketchup太甜)。調味符合我口味的焗豬扒飯真的不多。但是!這塊豬扒真的吃不下去!好像煮過兩次三次,完全沒有水份。話佢係回鍋肉就差唔多啦。豬排柴的很!如果係咁我情願你比塊薄切嘅豬扒我啦!所以做中檔嘅飲食都係嗰句話「最緊要新鮮!」服務不怎麼樣。
