To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天的午餐沒帶野食所以出外吃飯, 之前(三星期前)在大家樂食過一次豬扒飯,好想知道這兩間快餐店的焗豬扒飯有多少不同, 購票後到枱前拿, 豬扒飯是一早做好的, 只是放了在暖柜內而已, 一拿上來見焗兜是沒有蓋的, 鋪面的菠蘿已經因為焗了好一段時間, 菠蘿肉汁已被收乾, 而鋪面黃汁個邊明顯乾涸, 即使黃汁是足以蓋過整個面但被抽乾水分的黃汁無辦法將墊底炒飯撈勻食, 豬扒雖夠大件但未夠大至遮蓋整個飯面, 而飯炒得好乾好乾身, 有點過乾! 付上略為炒過的車厘茄/椰菜花感覺幾奇怪, 其實寧願送個青菜沙律或者炒椰菜好過, 又或者兩粒酸蕎頭都可以襯得到的, 誠然這店的豬扒飯同”大x樂”比較的話, 明顯”大x樂”略勝一籌, 因為那邊是一個錫紙盒有塊紙蓋過個面,防止水分流失, 原來加個蓋係有實質作用的,而在某些美心系列的快餐式餐廳, 做這個焗飯時是被落柯打後即時新鮮炸豬扒, 即時排上炸豬扒淋上黃汁再放上爐曬幾分鐘讓內部的飯夠熱同時溶化鋪面的芝士碎, 價錢大概比現在的”大家樂”/ “大快活”貴50-60%, 不過多付的錢是值得的, 點解小弟知道? 因為我在那美心的餐廳實習過一星期囉!
