To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 💫火鍋配料


丸類有芝心丸、墨丸、龍蝦丸、蟹子丸、豬肉丸、牛丸、魚蛋、魚腐
肉類有豬肉、肥牛、雞件
蔬菜類有冬瓜,娃娃菜,蓮藕、薯仔、金菇等等
另外仲有燒賣,芋頭、雞腳、蟹柳、芝士腸、豆卜、豬紅、薯粉等等… 種類繁多,梗有啲款啱食!
我最愛娃娃菜,因為佢索晒啲辣湯底😋😋。


💫熟食


其實呢個放題真係好抵食,除咗烤魚打邊爐,任夾大量火鍋配料,仲有小食任食。我呢120分鐘入面,有唔同嘅小食不停refill ,有蒜泥青瓜,土豆絲,滷水雞翼尖,滷水雞腳等。我拎咗蒜泥青瓜,青瓜好清甜,新鮮脆卜卜。


💫飲品


飲品種類包羅萬有,除咗汽水,仲有有汽檸檬茶、紙包飲品包括烏龍茶、蘋果綠茶、冬蜜青檸等等、楊協成荔枝水、冬瓜茶,仲有鬼佬涼茶啤酒任飲。幫我降辣解熱氣。

餐廳設有醬料區,提供唔少嘅調味佐料,豉油、蔥、辣椒、蒜、芫荽,俾客人再調配自己嘅專屬口味。不過我覺得湯底已經非常夠味,所以我就無再加醬料喇。


最後仲每人一盒維他奶牌豆腐花,幫手下一下火。😁
