~皇牌烤爆汁雞~上菜時店員細心講解,提醒我地要比雞雞透氣5至10分鐘先食雞雞皮脆肉嫩,果然雞如其名真係爆曬汁,係汁唔係油,因為師傅已經做咗特別功夫去油,絕對係健身友好個調味轉盤好盞鬼,唔洗諗點邊隻醬啦,轉啦!醬汁方面,我最鍾意薑葱蛋黃醬同煙燻玫瑰鹽,薑葱醬令我聯想到葱油雞,但加埋蛋黃味又似沙律醬,中西合璧無懈可擊🤩,煙燻系列調味市面比較少見,點多幾次都唔會厭10萬度同20萬度辣本猴🐒當然有挑戰,同行人士辣到跳舞,我🐒就安然無恙~鐵板啤酒紐倫堡腸~開頭第一啖未食到啤酒味,第二啖就開始滲一d啤酒麥味出嚟,嗒落係清新白啤味,剛好中和腸的鹹味,幾過癮~辣椒仔cocktail~紅噹噹呢杯,係店長特製隱藏料理辣椒仔cocktail 🍸,成分有辣椒仔tabasco、西瓜汁同祕密🙊,細細啖飲,辣辣甜甜咁,飲一兩啖已經紅都面埋(醉到out曬focus☁)🔊記得book位時就要留雞,雞雞數量有限,要早一晚醃好再風乾,客人嚟到先即時烤焗

個調味轉盤好盞鬼,唔洗諗點邊隻醬啦,轉啦!
