To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可以出來吃飯的第一個周末,太忙了,連夕陽西下也不知道,唯有去吃個簡單的,快的 ...可能今天是連水也沒喝過幾滴,坐下來後馬上點了杯特飲,“鮮乳奶蓋配香濃可可”,爽,朱古力味濃,又夠冷,醒了!這口餐湯卻有點失色,味道還可以的,一喝就知道是磨菇忌廉湯,但太稀,口感不夠醇厚。“三重芝士田園pizza”,在茶餐廳做出來的,當然不能和意大利餐廳的比較,在有限米煮有限粥的情況,這已算合格。“烤極黑豬鞍扒配烤野菜”,嘩,擺盤不錯,豬扒嫩滑,入味,是廚師的功架。
