To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日晚上的火炭,除了牌檔外,要找吃的可不太易!龍悅是區內唯一的酒家,大夥兒開會後,自然地走上這酒家「吹水」去!也許是唯一之選,酒家內也食客不少。坐下來點菜,先叫了個班兩味及蒸鮑魚餐,然後再叫了個豆腐和燉湯,4個人也差不多了😃豈料10分鐘後獲告知,燉湯沽清!正在躊躇好一會,待應又來告知班鮑孖寶也沒有了!哈哈!難道4個人吃一碟豆腐?商量下,便加了個煎藕餅、白鱔煲和芥蘭炒鮮魷。千呼萬喚才找了個忙不迭的侍應落單!好一陣子,最早上桌的竟然是鮑魚,我們都呆了好一會!不是説沽清嗎?若是孖寶來了,倒要減些菜式啊!當下吃抑或不吃呢?侍應們這次干呼萬喚也不來:)總不能眼巴巴的看著鮑魚冷卻,於是我們決定舉箸斉吃,然後再努力喚侍應減單!剛吃過鮑魚,豆腐來了!我們仍忐忑地告知侍應剛才情況,並要求減單,侍應也有點不知所措地告訴我們,她新來的,不知就裡,要到廚房看看及請示經理。轉身後,經理來了,原來孖寶中的班實在沒有,鲍魚卻蒸了錯拿出來。吃了的不計數,未吃的收回!就這樣擾擾嚷嚷的一頓晚餐,烏龍百出的酒家請了我們每人吃了隻鮑魚!白鱔切的太薄,蔥多也香口,熱騰騰的佐飯也不錯藕餅夾雜臘味同煎,香脆惹味,只是稍嫌油膩豆腐

對於芥蘭苖不是我所好,即無芥蘭的爽脆,亦無芥蘭獨具的芥末味。炒芥蘭酒和糖是不能或缺的!鮮魷碎碎的毫無「鮮」感!失敗之作!
