To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 此店位於尖沙咀東部，早上11時才營業，今天刻意來這裏的原因是它有幾款點心曾獲得香港旅遊局的獎項，所以特意來此一試。芝心海皇千絲春卷是其中一款獲獎的點心，因內有芝士，味道香濃美味，外皮亦十分香脆，十分好味！奶皇包是另一款獲獎的點心，包皮十分鬆軟，內裏的奶黃味十分香濃，好好食！小籠包皮薄餡靚有肉汁，紅醋亦鮮味山竹牛肉和燒賣的size十足，比一般酒樓較大三分之一！味道亦唔錯。灌湯餃49元湯底很鮮，而且用料了力十足腸粉蒸得香滑，配上甜豉油十分美味七個點心連茶芥合共$306，價錢就算便宜。但這裡的點心和服務都唔錯，一舉手就會有waiter過來提供服務。 Anyway,一分價錢一分貨，這個價錢都是合理的。
