To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為心血來潮想食片皮鴨而來既,得兩個大人加小朋友,又怕剩係食片皮鴨唔夠飽,另叫左啲點心同一個担担麵,担担麵有驚喜,食落有陣麻香味,另外感覺好似有陣茉香味,而且幾大碗,抵食。點心我冇食到,老公食左,話個炸奶黃包好好味,好脆👍🏻👍🏻食晒啲野個片皮鴨先黎,已飽晒😂兩個人真係食左幾片就要打包,如果有半隻片皮鴨叫咁就fit la,因為一隻個量真係好多,埋單500幾蚊,比預期中平,因為都叫左幾多野食。
