粥、炒麵和臘腸卷的味道不過不失,臘腸卷的臘腸不夠香,只是止心癮,聊勝於無,因為今時今日的香港,可以吃到臘腸卷的機會非常少,即使茶樓有供應,味道都絕對不會比大家樂這個好。
另外,同樣的粥,同樣的臘腸卷,若將炒麵換成兩件迷你油條,就要多付$2,變成$35,換轉是你會吃炒麵還是油條?我是會選炒麵,因為醉翁之意旨在臘腸卷,其他的都不重要。



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
