一向都好鍾意食棋哥。特別呢一間有用鵝油做撈粗嘅,更加喜歡!不過問題在於,次次食啲鵝都係凍嘅。而且鵝油撈粗,唔知點解成日整到一嚿嚿。不過如果由嗰碟燒鵝,倒啲鵝油去碟撈粗之後,成碟撈粗就會更加好食😋都係咁講,燒鵝茶餐廳嚟計,佢算係唔差! (重複:我冇話包埋專做燒鵝嗰啲出名茶樓,酒家,燒臘檔。😝😁)
