食物質素再加上服務員的表現令這一餐食得不愉快有種在麥當勞進食的感覺食物沒有味道 衛生程度差食物：食物味道上如果價錢少一倍我會食得開心一點 沙律汁很鹹 食物基本上沒有味道 漢堡包面感覺是用廉價的那類 雞扒沒有味道 薯條食起來像麥當勞薯條 整體外觀味道也完全不值這個價錢 服務：放餐具碟時把收據牌直接放在餐具及碟上 令人難以接受 更看到店員在交談時弄鼻子、撓耳朵後更撩手指甲 他們在視線範圍內這樣做 食得不舒服 服務的店員看起來隨便 服裝不整潔 環境：餐廳正對電梯及開放式格局能食下去，但以這個價錢來說 難食在形點裏面大多餐廳都這個價格 但我認為沒必要去這個餐廳與其他同價格餐廳質素差太大
