To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次經過北京樓 見到海報上的片皮鴨心裡便想著下次一定要來吃適逢家人想找較好的中菜館吃晚飯我立刻便想起了北京樓我們一早已訂坐 大約晚上6時半到達餐廳已接近坐無虛席🍽咸蛋炒蝦球一共有八大件蝦 配上少量脆肉瓜蝦很新鮮 每件都沾上滿滿的咸蛋黃碎咸蛋黃很香新鮮大件的蝦球加上咸蛋黃是絕配🍽松子黃魚魚的size比想像中細不過魚炸很脆 不太油配上甜甜酸酸的醬汁 非常好吃🍽烤北京填鴨(片皮鴨)每塊片皮鴨都色澤均勻 皮和肉的比例岩岩好食落滿鴨香 不會有成口油感覺麼麼皮上枱熱辣辣 不太厚配上青瓜 京蔥和醬料 讓人吃完一件接一件🍽北京人家小蔥伴麵麵煮得剛好彈牙不過比起其他菜式就相對失色

新鮮大件的蝦球加上咸蛋黃是絕配
