港島區想食碗似樣的魚蛋粉都不容易,心癮起突然想食安利嘅切腩魚蛋撈粗,即使在中環返工,我都願意坐地鐵到筲箕灣食碗撈粗再返工切腩魚蛋撈粗重點在於個大地魚湯,在其他粉麵檔已經很難找到一碗味道那麼濃烈的湯。好多人已為爽到似擦紙膠嘅魚蛋已好,但鮮魚蛋一定唔會係咁,安利魚蛋唔係爽到擦紙膠咁,但有魚味。我怕肥無叫坑腩,但坑腩會比切腩冧鮮油奶多怕牛油太肥,我會要求少牛油,即牛油減半,但最好睇情況,太忙侍應未必會應酬你。厚身麵包,軟熟一流熱奶茶茶夠熱,茶味亦香濃,口感夠厚夠滑,值得一讚
