呢一間餐廳的炸魚薯條真係好巴閉,竟然用馬友同龍躉黎做炸魚薯條,令到成件事除了高級晒之外,D味道仲正好多添。首先係用沙巴龍躉做嘅炸魚薯條,呢種不規則形狀嘅魚柳可能就係代表住大廚自己開新鮮魚黎做魚柳,而唔係一般嗰D四四方方嘅魚手指,食落明顯魚味出好多,起晒骨啖啖肉真係好正。至於個馬友炸魚薯條仲以一夜干製作,令到馬友嘅香味更出,佢仲有一個香水樽裝住D花雕酒比你唧,一夜干馬友加埋花雕真係又好味又有創意。另外我都幾欣賞佢個醬,尤其是係外邊綠色圍住嗰隻,原來係用蔥做嘅,掂。
