To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天水圍 銀座商場 新開的!.我第一次惠顧百份百是吃下午茶餐 — 炸雞脾!.炸雞脾 薯條 放在一個木板上,賣相十分美觀,不像一般茶餐廳的膠碟。 雞脾雖然不是大大隻,但像剛炸起,好熱的,不可能即時大大口吃! 當第一口吃時,有大的聲音,卜卜脆! 皮好脆肉又嫩滑,不太鹹,味道一流。 凍檸茶普通。.我跟著去試午餐。點了— 犀飛利銀芽肉絲炒麵。.賣相特別,麵和醬汁是分開上碟。 我初初都覺得好,但開始進食時候就麻煩了。炸過的麵條堆砌一起,縱橫交錯,把它們混在一起處理上有點困難。 我吃了一半就沒有心機吃了! 立即想起深水埗坤記的肉絲炒麵是我覺得最好吃的。.我推介吃炸雞脾。
