講起灣仔「中華小館」,可能你諗起佢啲小菜好夠鑊氣,但我同你講,嚟到呢度,你第一樣要嗌嘅,絕對係佢哋嘅酥炸魷魚鬚!呢碟嘢,真係由賣相到食落口,都完美演繹咩叫「香口嘢」嘅最高境界!

一上枱,賣相已經贏晒!炸到金黃色,一啲過深嘅燶邊都冇,睇得出個油溫控制得啱啱好。分量都幾足料,唔會好似其他舖頭咁,得層粉咁厚,實物同圖片完全相符!

重點嚟啦,一咬落去,「咔嚓」一聲,把耳仔即刻收貨!個外皮酥脆到不得了,薄薄一層,真係好似食緊某啲高級天婦羅咁嘅口感,又輕又脆,一啲都唔油膩,完全冇「益」味。入面嘅魷魚鬚呢,更加係精髓所在!佢唔係炸到乾爭爭好似擦膠咁,而係保持到超爽彈嘅口感,仲帶住啲海水嘅鮮味,唔會俾層脆皮搶咗風頭。

最正係嗰種對比,外面極致酥脆,裡面極致Q彈,兩種口感一齊衝擊,加少少椒鹽吊味,真係食到停唔到口!送酒固然一流,就算就咁食,都唔會覺得好鹹或者好滯。

老實講,為咗呢碟魷魚鬚,我絕對可以專登過海嚟灣仔encore!如果你係香口嘢愛好者,嚟到中華小館,千祈唔好錯過呢個鎮店之寶,保證你一試難忘,食完返唔到轉頭!
