已經是第二次來柞木炭家了,這家韓燒以炭火燒肉,燒出來的肉還吃到滿滿肉汁,而且這裏的伴菜任加,我尤愛這裏的泡菜,每次必清!泡菜雖然辛辣,但味道吸引,菜爽口, 讓人一口接一口吃個不停。用餐至少點兩份燒肉,小吃的人或會吃不完。肉類未上,先有一桌子的伴菜,最吸我睛的當然是泡菜,這裏還有生菜🥬、紫蘇葉和娃娃菜可供作韓式「包飯」,就是因為想回味一下濟州及首爾旅行的生活,所以選了有紫蘇葉的柞木!不過因不吃生的娃娃菜,有請店員「拿走」😅。肉類上場了!這類的肉類擺碟都很有藝術感,連肉也頓時覺「文藝」起來。點了很多「黑毛豬」😋😋:厚切濟州黑毛豬梅肉,沒想像中厚,但肉質好吃,燒後肉汁依舊,拿塊生菜,包上肉、泡菜、生蒜、小青椒粒、豆瓣醬及一口飯,用手一塞入口,啊~濟洲的感覺回來了☺️☺️。再來極上黑毛豬肩肉和汁燒黑毛豬五花肉(醬油),後者比較便宜,但更好吃。燒完油光滿滿,但吃下不油膩,因連帶豬皮及嫩骨位置,滿滿口感,可能有醬油的關係,所以肉好味吧。另還點了韓牛肋眼上蓋及牛舌三吃。個人比較喜歡這裏的豬肉,所以沒怎麼吃牛,不予置評。我們還點了海鰻魚,不過味道頗令我們失望,想不到鰻魚肉十分彈牙,而且味道偏淡。因我們過去

另還點了韓牛肋眼上蓋及牛舌三吃。個人比較喜歡這裏的豬肉,所以沒怎麼吃牛,不予置評。我們還點了海鰻魚,不過味道頗令我們失望,想不到鰻魚肉十分彈牙,而且味道偏淡。因我們過去一週才在首爾弘大吃了一頓極美味的炭燒鰻魚,肉質軟,卻不失鮮味;所以在柞木燒的鰻魚真不是我們的口味😞。
