To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 差不多成大半年前,已經係灣仔店食過佢地既滑蛋叉燒飯,知道尖沙咀開左分店,方便左梗係要黎試下星期日大約三點黎到,因為位唔算好多,加上仲有好多附近返工既人黎食飯,下午茶都等左十分鐘到相信午市一定仲誇張上次食左佢地既叉燒飯,今次叫左茶A本來係配牛油麥包多士,我就加左$5 轉奶油豬仔包奶油豬大過我隻手掌,烘得好鬆脆,加五蚊都覺得值,呢度既牛奶炒蛋標榜係用日本蛋又滑又有蛋味 正特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉都幾大碗,個湯好似茄汁甘杰,係好濃既蕃茄味,酸酸地甘都幾開胃午餐肉有五粒,煎香左幾脆皮見佢哩個set 其實全日都有,只不過午餐貴d不過我覺得如果第一次黎,試滑蛋飯先因為常餐好食既餐廳都有好多,對比起滑蛋叉燒飯冇甘特別,而且呢到既秘製豉油撈飯真係好好味價錢比一般茶記貴,但質素絕對同價錢成正比。宜家開左係九龍,對我呢d新界人+蛋控簡直係福音難怪佢地做到冇停手

本來係配牛油麥包多士,我就加左$5 轉奶油豬仔包
奶油豬大過我隻手掌,烘得好鬆脆,加五蚊都覺得值,呢度既牛奶炒蛋標榜係用日本蛋
