今晚好想黎個打邊爐,一收工就出發去尖嘴,好快咁就選定黎呢間試下,見menu價錢唔貴,好啱兩個人都黎得既打邊爐餐廳每次試新嘢,我地都鍾意由最基本開始試,好食既話就會再返黎試其他。今晚我地先試下$88既懷舊沙爹湯底先沙爹湯底初上檯唔太耀眼,啡色湯加豬皮同豆卜,但當滾起既時候,好快啲豆卜同豬皮就入曬味,食到尾既時候個湯底會越食越辣呢,咁先夠惹味!前菜我地又揀左個平時其他地方未試過既椒鹽淮山小食$48,超級有驚喜呀,魷魚同多春魚椒鹽炸就食得多,呢個淮山真係好新奇有趣,絕對值得叫黎食。呢個係用新鮮淮山炸既,夠粉唔硬。打邊爐既戲肉黎喇:❤️爆汁牛丸$68 (物如其名,真係爆汁㗎,咬開見到有好多氣孔,正!)❤️韭菜餃$48 (整隻餃包住滿滿韭菜,非常足料,豬肉碎就著量,唔會話食落好meaty)❤️厚切䈑筍片$48 (呢個厚切有厚切既特色,會食落厚肉感啲,新鮮)❤️細娃娃菜$48 (呢個叫做細籃,但我地食極都有😆😆,好抵食)❤️炸響鈴$48 (新鮮炸起,完全無油益味,夠薄身脆皮,用心製作)❤️美國Prime牛小排$208 (有咬口但唔韌既部位,超快熟,湯夠滾時拖6下就食得,呢碟係今晚既焦點😂😂,最貴係呢碟,絕對值

每次試新嘢,我地都鍾意由最基本開始試,好食既話就會再返黎試其他。今晚我地先試下$88既懷舊沙爹湯底先


沙爹湯底初上檯唔太耀眼,啡色湯加豬皮同豆卜,但當滾起既時候,好快啲豆卜同豬皮就入曬味,食到尾既時候個湯底會越食越辣呢,咁先夠惹味!


前菜我地又揀左個平時其他地方未試過既椒鹽淮山小食$48,超級有驚喜呀,魷魚同多春魚椒鹽炸就食得多,呢個淮山真係好新奇有趣,絕對值得叫黎食。呢個係用新鮮淮山炸既,夠粉唔硬。

❤️韭菜餃$48 (整隻餃包住滿滿韭菜,非常足料,豬肉碎就著量,唔會話食落好meaty)


❤️厚切䈑筍片$48 (呢個厚切有厚切既特色,會食落厚肉感啲,新鮮)


❤️細娃娃菜$48 (呢個叫做細籃,但我地食極都有😆😆,好抵食)


❤️炸響鈴$48 (新鮮炸起,完全無油益味,夠薄身脆皮,用心製作)


❤️美國Prime牛小排$208 (有咬口但唔韌既部位,超快熟,湯夠滾時拖6下就食得,呢碟係今晚既焦點😂😂,最貴係呢碟,絕對值回票價)


❤️特級長蟹棒$68 (肚餓時叫呢個最快熟,好快食得,呢條蟹棒夠厚夠肉地,食落啖啖肉👍🏻👍🏻)

❤️呢度無限時,超好,服務又好好,員工好nice,得閒會同你吹下水,好有親切感,唔怪得同場都見到最少有兩台熟客,證明呢間值得一黎再黎,我下次再黎試下個美顏豆乳鍋先❤️❤️
