Restaurant: Dragon Delight (Shatin Galleria)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7月1日香港回歸公眾假期,我哋一家三大一小,由葵涌揸車專登去到火炭嘅悅龍酒樓,目的係想試佢哋聲稱平靚正嘅點心放題。價錢係真係好吸引,但事實證明,呢個價錢背後根本係一個大伏局,浪費時間⏳、心機💔,仲令人嬲到爆😡。經過:一場伏局由等待開始 😤我哋10點半到場,門口大約有十幾個人喺度排緊隊。我哋攞咗飛,估計應該再等兩三枱就到,感覺等耐啲都唔緊要,因為想試下究竟有幾抵。但一等就等咗成個鐘頭!⏰到咗11點半,酒樓嘅知客突然行出嚟,用一個好冷淡嘅語氣同我哋講,話啲貴價點心,例如蝦餃、棉花雞已經賣曬,啲炒粉麵飯就一定有,重叫我哋唔好再等,直接去食中午散叫茶市🍵,仲話如果散叫就有得食。我聽完簡直嬲到火滾🔥,咩意思?即係話啲點心有貨,但唔俾自助餐嘅客食,只係俾散叫客?好明顯係刻意削減成本,逼客人轉單點,呢種做法真係非常唔道德🤥。現場有啲茶客忍唔住,轉咗去散叫;亦有啲嬲到即刻掉頭走人🚶‍♂️。至於我哋,覺得點都要堅持等,唔可以就咁俾佢哋「趕走」。結果喺十五分鐘之後,佢哋終於安排我哋入座。咁即係話,佢哋根本有位有安排,只係想用啲爛藉口減少自助餐嘅客人🤔。食物質素:至於食物味道,咁嘅價錢都冇乜要求,所以求其點咗

食物質素:
至於食物味道,咁嘅價錢都冇乜要求,所以求其點咗十個八個點心,一個炒粉麵就算數,但啲鳳爪就有餿味,啲炒粉麵飯就好似一早炒定曬咁,仲有啲點心用味精落得太重,食完有種口乾嘅感覺🥴。整體上,呢啲嘢食根本就係「factory dim sum」,平但唔靚,正就更加講唔上。

服務態度:敷衍了事 🙄
講真,呢間酒樓嘅服務態度係我見過最敷衍之一。知客同服務員對顧客嘅訴求完全採取一個「唔理你😐」嘅態度,好似覺得你食平嘢就冇資格要求咁。問佢哋點心幾時到,佢哋就含含糊糊講「仲整緊」,但實際上係根本冇打算送上嚟。成個過程俾人感覺係「快啲食完快啲走」🚶‍♂️。

評論:管理混亂,誠信缺失 ⚠️
悅龍酒樓最大問題係管理同誠信完全崩壞。如果你明知節假日人流多,點心供應有限,係咪應該提早交代清楚⁉️ 點解要等到啲客人等咗成個鐘頭,先話啲貴價點心冇曬?呢種做法,根本係欺騙消費者,為咗減少成本而犧牲顧客體驗,係非常唔負責任嘅行為
