Happy Friday 當然唔會虧待自己啦!今日拉埋牛奶仔試吓旺角新開嘅串燒店-「燒烤堂」查實就係紅磡食過㗎啦,鋪仔細細,但款式應有盡有。知道旺角開咗新分店!當然要試吓有冇退步啦!由於星期五晚都好多人等咗一陣就有都入座ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ菜單上面款式多到樣樣都想叫!好就一於想食咩就食咩!因為牛奶仔話今晚佢埋單yeah首推:豬肉露荀卷﹑燒秋葵﹑芥末松版豬燒烤最重要係火喉﹑調味料同食材,呢到絕對滿足哂三個願望,知道豬肉係難熟比較韌身,呢到嘅豬仔燒完仲相當JUICY多汁,咬落仲彈牙十足!點小得最愛雞翼仲來都係我最愛,燒雞翼我鍾意食!燒到脆卜卜,正。蒜蓉茄子🍆係牛奶仔最愛,每次都必叫,好怕蒜味太OVER同埋燒完仲係生個啲,呢到可以同大家講放心叫,調味同火喉剛剛好。特色嘢有黑松露墨魚餅,本身仲以為TRUFFLE會蓋過哂墨魚味,原來又都幾夾喎,味道更加突出。基本嘢點小得牛肉串﹑黑毛豬﹑松版豬﹑雞皮,無得輸,一串絕對食完係唔夠喉!蒜蓉焗雜菇,蒜蓉好香口,食完一啖係智接住下一啖唔係講笑,食返啲蔬菜類中和返食肉嘅複雜心情雞泡魚干同沙律醬就好似楊過同姑姑咁天生一對,缺一不可。魚干唔會太硬,唔會咬到把牙都甩,同日
