一直聽講灣仔街市有間不吃不可嘅叉燒,係由獲獎無數嘅大廚主理。我聽完當晚就去斬料加送返屋企,果然冇失望,一試難忘,非吃不可。店舖位於灣仔街市,灣仔地鐵站A3出口, 一想就係莊士敦道,行過對面馬路,有間中銀,一轉入三角街就會見到。每日一到放工時間,店面就會大排長龍,一個個灣仔街坊指手畫腳,其實個個都係等緊新鮮出爐嘅叉燒、燒鵝、燒鴨同埋燒腩肉。一般燒味店好多時都係晏晝已經一次過煮好咗,等到放工時間,斬料返屋企已經凍哂。我最欣賞呢間舖頭,每隔10分鐘就有新嘅燒味做好。金牌大廚主理,每十分鐘有新鮮燒味做好。正!燒鵝薄皮,肉質鮮嫩,有鵝香,口感結實,鵝汁係個口入邊爆出黎。燒肉皮脆內軟,熱熱辣辣,外皮金黃,豬油沿着豬肉一滴一滴落下。好珍貴,呢啲就係精華。暗然銷魂鴛鴦飯,包括左半肥瘦叉,煎雞扒同埋兩隻煎蛋。呢個係真係好抵呀一個價錢三種享受。叉燒我最鍾意就係佢表皮有少少燶,增加佢嘅焦香感,叉燒醬係有少少果香、果甜,口感好夾。老闆仲特登放咗幾支XO靚酒喺度,每當有街坊經過可以坐低傾幾句,難得的好有親切感、人情味。
