上星期跟友人去了一間位於灣仔精品酒店Aki嘅法式餐廳 Tangram🇫🇷🥖餐廳環境寬敞雅致🍽️ 凱撒沙律賣相相當趣緻，將生菜切半上碟，再由食客自行切開，伴沙律醬，生菜好脆口，我們又可以自行控制沙律醬份量，好細心安排🍽️ 法式洋蔥湯上面鋪了一層微微燒焦嘅芝士，洋蔥湯呈琥珀色澤，味道帶濃郁的洋蔥味道🍽️ 法國田螺法式田螺採用蒜香牛油加香草，田螺肉質鮮嫩多汁，口感柔嫩🍽️醃西班牙章魚章魚口感好Q彈，帶點蒜蓉加檸檬香氣，開胃前菜之選🍽️ 波士頓龍蝦(半隻)+意大利捲麵賣相極吸引，飽滿嘅龍蝦尾肉，肉質鮮嫩彈牙，配搭細長柔軟嘅意大利捲麵，每條捲麵都掛滿龍蝦汁，味道鮮甜🍽️法國黃油雞+羊肚菌露筍意大利飯呈粉嫩色嘅法式黃油雞，配搭用鴨湯煮過羊肚菌露筍意大利飯，相當入味！飯中點綴著嫩滑嘅羊肚菌加鮮甜嘅露筍，增添了豐富口感層次🍽️香橙歌劇院蛋糕帶香濃嘅香橙味道，侍廳會即磨橙皮鋪係蛋糕上面，增添橙香
