2個set 除咗肉類同前菜有少少不同外, 其他野菜盛, 烏冬同甜品都是一樣的。

6式前菜同4式前菜基本一樣, 只是多了生蠔及三文魚籽:

🔸北海道帶子配柚子鹽 – 帶子新鮮鮮甜, 配上柚子鹽, 帶出帶子的鮮味

食完前菜後,戲肉就上場,店員係我地面前烹煮壽喜燒,一片一片黎,等你可以慢慢享受,店員先問我地啲牛要既生熟程度。我地按建議,將A5 和牛煮熟一點,因為A5 脂肪豐富,熟一點可以將牛脂迫出一點,減低油膩感,食多塊都無問題。A5 和牛油花豐富平均,入口嫩滑,軟腍豐腴,配埋壽喜燒汁及白飯一齊食真係perfect match。

至於和牛赤身肉我地就煮生一點,因為脂肪相對少一點,煮生一點可以保持其嫩滑度。赤身肉無A5 咁入口即溶,但都好滑,油脂感少一點,所以食落輕盈一點,但牛味比較濃郁。我個人就比較喜歡赤身肉,因為無咁漏,食多幾塊都無問題🤭🤭

食完牛後就煮野菜盛,野菜盛有日本南瓜、豆腐、蔬菜、日本年糕福袋等,店員按次序排好,然後加入鰹魚湯及壽喜燒汁去煮,蔬菜吸收晒啲湯汁,好味😋。當中我最喜歡食日本南瓜,又甜又腍,好好味,而日本年糕福袋都好正,煙煙韌韌,Oishi 😋😋

食完個疏菜盛其實已經好飽,但見到個烏冬又忍唔住要食埋佢,讚岐烏冬爽滑彈牙,配埋個湯汁,無得頂。

飯後當然有甜品啦,有厥餅、和菓子及十勝紅豆,細細份啱晒,和菓子出奇地係唔太甜,啱晒我,好完滿的一餐😊
