近來有了愛吃廚師發辦的喜好,喜歡尋覓各區高質omakase,今晚去左試灣仔的鮨鶴,地點就在我曾經留下多條腳毛的謝斐道南記粉麵旁邊!是夜的omakase有三款,我吃的是中價$1200丹楓,即15種加卷物。我數口差,食完食整餐,覺得唔止15種。其實係點計架呢?先付有冷豆葉,即是腐皮,但好滑好香豆味,仲有天然的清甜。冰海螺,好爽口!仲有燒螢光魷魚,同北海道蕃茄。冷豆葉太香滑吸引,未影相就被我食左刺身方面有北海道真蠔,蠔身爽厚,加左小許酸汁好食。粒貝,赤貝新鮮爽口。另外有金目鯛,平政魚,酒盗白蝦,真鯛白子(魚春)。當中的白子係難得一見,難得一試,因為每年初春先有!然後來的是燒帶子夾海膽,再用超脆的紫菜包著吃 !好香口!壽司有金鯛,深海池魚,牡丹蝦,拖羅,鰹魚,醬油赤身,吞拿魚蓉手卷同北海道馬糞海膽壽司,全部經師傅調味,唔需要再自行加味。湯是用了多種魚熬煮的魚湯,仲加左大量鯛魚片,煲左湯的魚片仲好滑。甜品是柚子味雪芭同哈蜜瓜。雪芭幾甜,反而哈蜜瓜就冇乜味道。比較失望的是,由於食客眾多,是夜未能獲安排坐在師傅枱前。
