早兩日同朋友久違一聚🤣難得見面就當然要搵番間有番咁上下格調既餐廳啦☺️所以就黎咗試貊炙既Steak omakase,價值 $780 一位~首先上咗頭盤五碟💁🏻‍♀️芽菜、泡菜、蘿蔔、波菜同海帶,除咗芽菜外其他小食都可以無限encore架🤩生牛肉他他肉質非常嫩滑🤤係連十級嘴叼既朋友都讚咗句幾好🤐配料除咗生雞蛋外🥚仲有雪梨、泡菜、鬆子、青瓜同蒜蓉配料豐富但味不過濃,終於可以搵到間係食到牛肉既鮮香啦🤭然後主角登場啦☺️依然係五款望住個exp. MAX既職員哥哥幫我地燒,仲要配埋迷迭香一齊燒既熟成肉眼🤤仲要幫我地分埋唔同部位教埋加咩配料食,真係頂級既體驗呢😉熟成封門牛柳就冇肉眼咁重油脂香啦🤣但奈何肉質靚,燒個人又勁😌五成熟剛剛好燒出最軟淋最香口既牛柳😍熟成牛舌芯係厚切😎哥哥努力地幫我地燒出微微焦香,入口又夠爽滑彈牙呢熟成三筋肉又叫牛板腱💁🏻‍♀️韓燒點少得熟成豬梅肉呢‼️將外層既油脂燒到香香脆脆,鎖實肉汁,然後配上生菜泡菜等一次過放入口,極其滿足呢🤪食完韓燒就黎飲番個海鮮湯😙韓式大醬海鮮有新鮮大蜆同豆腐翠肉等配料,可想而知湯頭會有幾清甜呢另一款熱食係西冷脂飯😋我都係第一次試呢‼️原來係薄切西冷牛片加上牛脂

另一款熱食係西冷脂飯😋我都係第一次試呢‼️
原來係薄切西冷牛片加上牛脂,放上鐵板上辣一辣佢🔥幾秒就五成熟左右
然後放飯上面加上生蛋去撈勻,細細一小碗真心夠飽😂
西冷牛既牛脂同雞蛋流曬落飯到一齊食真係又邪惡又心郁郁呢😌

最後仲叫個巴斯克芝士蛋糕
果然原味最能突出到芝香濃既味道呢🥰
巴斯克嘅特色中間就係做到少少軟心咁,口感順滑而且甜度岩岩好

餐廳做高級路線,店員都比較活潑講得笑,而且幾有禮貌
抽氣設備都做得好好,食完個人都冇燒肉味🧐
