呢排天氣勁熱,聽講夏天食辣嘢可以去濕同散熱,於是黎咗呢間川香閣食川菜。涼拌雞髀菇 $38先叫咗個涼菜開吓胃,用雞脾菇切絲做涼拌都係第一次食,雞脾菇口感爽脆,撈埋個香辣汁,夠哂醒胃。川香閣招牌老圍酸菜魚(鱸魚/小) $218呢到招牌菜之一嘅酸菜魚,我哋叫咗小辣,辣得黎唔會蓋過咗酸菜嘅味道。湯頭金黃色,賣相吸引,魚肉我哋揀咗鱸魚,雖然有少少碎骨,但非常鮮甜肉嫩。酥炸樟茶鴨(半隻) $128樟茶鴨帶微微煙燻嘅香氣,鴨肉入口鹹香,外皮輕輕炸過有少少酥脆,加埋鴨脂嘅油香,送飯就岩哂。秘製香辣酥皮牛肉 $98呢道酥皮牛肉口感非常特別,牛肉面頭有一層酥脆外層,食落反而係甜甜哋,味道有d似蜜味牛肉乾。家鄉紅糖糍粑$38糍粑外脆內軟,煙韌有咬口,面頭撒咗d紅糖粉,再點埋紅糖漿食,仲可以解辣添。。。福源川香閣 (灣仔)灣仔軒尼詩道99號彰顯大廈2樓。。
