對於我這個哈韓族,經常都食傳統韓國菜,今晚朋友帶我去灣仔日街一間 fusion 韓式酒吧餐廳,門口是似西式小酒館,有個露天窗口位,感覺好 chill 好有格調。

韓國醬油蟹,蟹膏比想像中多,味道好鮮甜,有少少海水鹹鮮味,自製醬油好鮮味,另外附上白飯,正宗食法將白飯放在蟹蓋上、蟹膏與白飯混和,「白飯小偷」不是浪得虛名,將蟹膏放在紫菜一齊食,別有番滋味

Fired Chicken
-籃子有四隻炸雞,外皮好crispy, 但不會太乾好脆口,肉質鮮嫩嫩滑幾juicy , 有雙色炸薯片伴碟,醬汁酸酸甜甜,配合啤酒一流

truffle Pollack Egg Roll
充滿黑松露濃郁香味,呈金黃色鬆軟芝士蛋卷,包住明太魚,有點兒鹹香味,蛋卷軟綿綿, 好味道

Boksoondoga Makgeolli
馬挌烈酒味道清香,飲落帶點梨子香味,好順喉,甜甜地易入口

Korean Strawberry Smoothie
用了新鮮韓國士多啤梨打成smoothie, 味道好香甜
