原來Chotto maki在灣仔廈門街也有分店,前幾天順路便買了外賣,餐廳內都有少量座位可供堂食。<See monster > $75餐廳Signature roll之一,餡料有蟹柳、炸蝦、青瓜絲、櫻花蝦、炸蒜、紫薯粉、鰻魚汁及自製醬。蟹柳、炸蝦加青瓜絲的配搭口感豐富,咬下去一絲絲的。<C-dragon > $75其中一款中卷,材料有炸鰻魚、炸番薯、飛魚子、蛋黃醬和鰻魚汁。入口比較乾身,壽司表面放了一塊炸蕃薯,蛋黃醬和炸鰻魚則包裹在米飯之中,香口惹味。<Scallop nigiri> $45Sashimi+$5點多了一份帶子壽司,加$5轉為帶子刺身。帶子味道鮮甜,質素不俗。
