前後用咗三日去醃 風乾同烤焗 心機十足👍🏽
另外蠔嘅菜式用上日本赤穗水晶🦪
撈埋青蘋果 清新味鮮 啱晒而家

主菜方面嘅乳鴿菜式亦都頗特別
黑啤薄餅皮包住味濃軟腍生熟度剛好嘅鴿肉😗
比起平時食開嘅和牛 自己更為推薦😬
